Product Introduction
Four way boiler is a professional company that manufactures large steam through flow steam boilers in China at present. It consists of the main body, steam water separator, water pump, combustion engine and other accessories. The water pipes are usually arranged in two circles inside and outside, and the pipes are tightly connected with longitudinal fins to make the heating surface layout compact. The water pipes adopt the necking process at both ends of the pipe mouth, and then the water pipes are welded to the upper and lower headers. The welding of the water pipes and the welding of the T-shaped ring seam adopt carbon dioxide fully automatic welding or semi-automatic welding, greatly reducing welding stress and ensuring good weld appearance.
According to the size of the boiler capacity, the four-way boiler has added longitudinal fins in local areas of the boiler. The half circumference of the inner ring water pipe near the furnace side is the radiation heating surface, and the other half circumference of the inner ring pipe and the half circumference of the outer ring pipe near the furnace side are the convection heating surfaces. The boiler water pipe is arranged in a W-shaped combustion gas process, which greatly increases the heat transfer area.
Gas through flow steam boilers are widely used in the medical industry, including disinfection, heating, canteen, equipment heating, equipment purification, steaming and cooking of medicinal materials, medicinal material extraction, hospital dry cleaning machines, hospital laundry room disinfection, etc; In the cleaning industry, steam cleaning, oil pollution cleaning, seamless pipe cleaning, oilfield equipment cleaning, aluminum alloy mold cleaning, industrial machine cleaning, engine cleaning, oil pipeline filter cleaning, and automotive parts cleaning can be used; In the greenhouse breeding industry, it can be used for heating, temperature control, antifreeze, breeding, etc. In addition, through flow boilers can also be used in industries such as concrete curing, bathing heating, food processing, and biological equipment.

(10) It can simultaneously monitor the operation of multiple boilers and record the time, location, evaporation rate, fuel consumption, feedwater volume, steam pressure, water pipe temperature, exhaust gas temperature, feedwater temperature, etc. It can also print daily and monthly reports.
(11) The preheater uses seamless pipes that have been sandblasted and hot-dip galvanized to extend their service life.
